From a female perspective, its always a bit daunting when you go to a hire place for a trailer or to hire some machinery. But these guys are super friendly and make you feel welcome there. The gear I have hired has always been in great condition and would happily recommend them to anyone else.

I hired an outdoor evap aircon for boxing day. I didn't realise the physical size of the aircon and on delivery, discovered that it wouldn't fit through the side gate. Dean made a call to the office and a decision was made to return with a small truck that had a hoist. Subsequently It was hoisted over the fence into the back yard. The unit provided much relief on the day and was collected using the same truck with the hoist. Thank you for solving the tricky access problem with a minimum of fuss and with no additional fees.

Awesome customer service, rented a mini loader but wouldn't go over the sand and I just called and asked to swap for a tracked mini loader and they made it very easy to swap! Definitely recommend!
