Classic Hire Kelmscott / Armadale

I've hired a few times from this branch of Classic Hire and will keep coming back. Machinery is in good repair. The service is efficient, with no fuss. I've always had friendly service here, and the weekend hire is a real bonus.

They rented me a machine missing a critical part, so I returned and they offered to rent me the bigger electric machine and pay the difference. At that point was already 24 hours behind. They said I could return it on Monday (Instead of Saturday that day). I got the bigger machine home and that too was missing a part! I bodged it together, got the job done, and brought it back on Monday after work. They then told me I brought it back too late and tried to charge me an extra $150. At no point did they concede that they really should at least partially credit the TWO MACHINES NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I walked out, and I have no intention of walking back in. They've lost my business for good.

Classic Hire Kelmscott is always a pleasure to deal with. The guys are always friendly and extremely helpful. Prices are cheap and quality is high.Always my go to for hire equipment.

This morning I hired a furniture trailer with Classic hire in Kelmscott. I was blown away by the friendly and warm customer service. When I arrived the team members hooked the trailer up to my car and checked all the lights were working before finalising the paper work. When I had finished they unhooked it all. I didn’t even need to reverse it back into the spot it came from! They even gave me a reimbursement because I had returned it within 4 hours when I had originally booked the full day. I will be coming back here every time I need a trailer, and telling everyone I know to hire with them!

Great customer service! Had an issue with the first chainsaw and they let us take a better one for no extra charge, also made that problem seem easy to fix. Will definitely hire here again and recommend to others. Thank you so much.

As a contractor being extremely busy at present and don't have the machinery to cover our works so I contact Mat at Classic Hire Kelmscott and he has been fantastic is helping us out to find equipment we needed.Nothing has been too much trouble and he has always found what we needed.

Hired l Slasher had a issue with it called them told me to bring back then they Organised one from a different store called me back to pick it up and only charged for 1/2 day Highly recommend superfriendly great price to
